Dawn Holding’s trusted experience of the hospitality industry began with Richard Branson - as the North East and Midlands Sales and Marketing Manager for his Virgin-owned group of four-star country house hotels.
Since then more than 25 years as marketing consultant have been spent working for some of the biggest names in the industry - including restaurateurs Paul Heathcote and Raymond Blanc. She launched the acclaimed Le Mont restaurant in Manchester’s iconic Urbis building and promotes the prestigious Alderley Edge Hotel and its AA three-rosette restaurant.
The result is a unique position as a knowledgeable, well known and well-connected specialist in her market sector. She runs her own highly successful marketing company and is a partner in a joint marketing and public relations business serving the North West and beyond. Her portfolio of clients, from both public and private sectors, embraces operations of all sizes - from independent stand-alone bars and restaurants to major hotel and catering groups.
